My first exposure to Stampin' Up! was through a friend at a home party.  This same friend had introduced me to scrapbooking about a year before, and when she made the progression to stamping, she took us all along for the ride.  At first, it was a completely foreign territory but before long I realized that many of the techniques and tools that I had already accumulated as a home daycare provider and Scouter/Guider transferred across to stamping and scrapbooking seamlessly. 

My love for researching family history and preserving our mementos go hand in hand and I am now enjoying teaching others about this craft I love.
